To create a community of likeminded social media influencers to market a product on their social channels in exchanges for a reward.

Program Summary

Developed a community of  influencers who posted monthly brand-related content to their followers using a specified hashtag. In exchange for these posts, influencer received a range of exclusive rewards monthly. Creating a sense of community and personal connection between the brand and influencers was the key ingredient to the success of the program. 

This work resulted in:

  • 10% increase in rewards app downloads
  • An audience of over 2 million, that continues to grow
  • 15 social media influencer blog posts
  • 208 social media posts
  • Over 100K engagement on posts
  • 8 Influencer and media events
  • Minimal overhead costs with a high return on online marketing and brand exposure

Guest Engagement and Recovery Program

We all have our favorite companies that keep us coming back because they make us feel good, they treat us right, and take the time to show their consumers they care. The difference between a good company and a great company is understanding that the consumer cares more about how your product makes them feel vs. your actual product.

Program Summary

Going above and beyond to make someone happy is the name of the game. The program featured contracted musicians to record custom jingles in response to negative and positive online reviews and email feedback. Other acts of kindness such as: mailing out birthday cards signed by staff members, mailing out handwritten notes to customers, sending swag items to the brand's biggest fans, or sending a jar of giant pickles to that one random guy who LOVES pickles, are all ways the Mind Blower Program acted to blow minds.
